In January 2020, EWI CEO and President Dr. William Parker represented the institute at the Observation Research Foundation's annual Raisina dialogue in New Delhi, India. The dialogue was inaugurated by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar. At Raisina, Dr. Parker delivered remarks on “Coded to Kill: Proxy Wars and Autonomous Systems” along with a distinguished set of panellists from all around the world. Following the trip to New Delhi, Dr. Parker, along with EWI Chairman Ross Perot, Jr., took part in Pakistan Pavilion's activities, organized by EWI Board Member Ikram Sehgal, at the World Economic Forum in Davos. Dr. Parker and Mr. Perot interacted with Pakistan’s Prime Minister Imran Khan and other notable dignitaries who were present on the occasion.
