EWI Senior Fellow Irene Finel-Honigman appeared on Bloomberg Radio to discuss why Christine Lagarde's nomination to head the European Central Bank (ECB) is a smart choice. 

When asked about Lagarde's goals and strategies if she were to assume this postion, Finel-Honigman says "what will be very important is to, first of all, establish presitige and total credibility in the markets—particularly in Europe—which I think she [Lagarde] has because of her contacts, becuase of her connections with different governments and because of what she has cccomplished at the IMF."
