Before joining the institute, Tait had worked at the New York Immigration Coalition, in the local and federal offices of two Members of the House of Representatives and also on a winning gubernatorial campaign in Washington State. Tait holds a B.A. from Sarah Lawrence College and a Master’s with Merit in International Conflict Studies from King’s College London.
