Prior to joining the Development team at EWI, Mara was the Development Assistant at the Population Council for three years and before that served one year as Development Coordinator at the Women’s Refugee Commission. She attended Bard College for Political Studies and earned her ESL teaching certificate at the New School University. Mara is an avid photographer and travel writer.
