Irini worked for EWI’s Energy & Climate Security Initiative. Prior to joining EWI in May 2009, Irini worked for the Greek television production sector in Thessaloniki and later did an internship at the European Parliament in Brussels. Irini holds degrees in Journalism and Mass Communication (Greece), Business Administration (Greece) and European Governance (UK). Her main research areas include EU energy security, EU internal energy market and energy efficiency policies in the developing countries.
